Cheryll was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York and moved to Las Vegas in 1976. She has been working in the mortgage industry since 1983, and originally started in the business as a loan processor. For seven years, Cheryll continued working in the field of loan processing and in 1990 became a loan officer.

Throughout her career she has worked for many large nationwide companies, including: Commonwealth Mortgage, Weyerhaeuser Mortgage, Norwest Mortgage, First Horizon, Metlife, Premier Mortgage Lending Group, and All Western Mortgage.

Cheryll’s entire career in the mortgage industry has been here in the Las Vegas marketplace, working with both builders and real estate professionals. She has a vast array of experience and knowledge when it comes to the originating, processing, underwriting and closing procedures associated with mortgage loans. She is both state and federally licensed in Nevada, and takes any and every opportunity to stay ahead of the game when it comes to learning new processes and the changing loan guidelines as they happen.

She has also been in the ‘Presidents Club Circle’ with every company she’s worked for, and has been continually recognized as a top producer year after year. Her commitment to understanding and being highly educated on the mortgage industry’s ever changing landscape is a testament to her professionalism.
